It is not easy to find a clean, convenient and economical solution for the drone that you are going to build: drone & gimbal control+videolink+datalink, especially when there are lots of options in the drone market. For example, nowadays the radio system has built-in telemetry, and the video link comes with datalink and radio control. Also, some suppliers declare that the video transmitter range can reach up to 15KM but the only 10KM.
After months of integration and test, we are proud to say that we can provide such a solution. In essence, you will need one radio controller, one video&data link, and one laptop to control drone and gimbal, display video streaming from the gimbal, and handle data communication with the flight controller. Video link & telemetry
Videopass-H15 provides both Video link & telemetry, and its range can reach up to 15KM. You need one laptop to view the video streaming and load data to your Mission Planner if you are using the Pixhawk flight controller, which will save you a lot of budgets since an industry-grade GCS will cost you a lot. Anyway, If you need a more extended range, then you could look at Videopass-H30, which comes with the 30KM range.
Drone control
YR16S 16CH radio controller, it has 16 channels to realize full control for the drone and other equipment like landing gear.
Gimbal control
One Gimbal Control Software will come with the gimbal(if it has Ethernet video output), all gimbal functions can be fully controlled through this software. Please check this article.
